Transparent Label

Transparent labels are a type of transparent and colorless glassy ones, and this feature makes the recto visible from both sides after printing on it. The transparent label has a thickness of between 70 and 85 microns, and the color of the substrate is generally yellow or white. The transparent (glassy) labels have a very high resistance against stretching, tearing and environmental factors. High printability of this type of labels with different types of industrial printing devices such as flexo and label printers are prominent features of these labels. An important point about the glassy label is that due to its transparency, the sensors of barcode printers and label printers do not recognize the empty space between two labels, or so to speak, they cannot sense it so, to solve this problem, a special printed mark must be used known as Black Mark. So that in industrial label and barcode printing machines, the mark printing operation is done from the verso of the label as black mark, therefore these types of labels can be easily printed on by label printing machines (Label Printers) using all types of thermal ribbons.
